注意事项
收件后,请务必于第一时间打开邮包查看货品。
我们出仓的邮包均有规范标准的统一包装。若您在签收邮包前当下发现包裹外包装有明显破损、压伤、严重变形、明显被重新包装过或凹陷等情况,务必请承运商司机于他们收回的配送联上注记邮包的外包装有受损;并立即于派送现场拍照后,再做签收的动作。(未注记的话会被默认签收邮包时外箱无异常,索赔不易)
如有上述情况或是其他问题,请保留完整的内外包装(含承运商的包装)并在处理的有效期限内及时联繫本网站【线上客服】为您协助处理或跟进相关事宜,以确保彼此权益。
请务必核实填写的收件人资料及讯息准确无误,否则商品将可能因未能成功派递导致退运。您可为退运商品重新支付邮寄费安排重寄(35美元/邮包;70美元/两个邮包;以此类推),惟不论任何原因,每件退运商品仅限重寄一次。
您亦可于首次退运后选择退款不再重寄,系统将扣除首次邮寄费后,自动安排退款(首次邮寄费:35美元/邮包;70美元/两个邮包;以此类推,即退款货品总价-首次邮寄费=实退金额;若商品价值低于35美元,将扣除20%后退款)。
商品不定时更新包装,或与网站图片稍有不同,请以实际收件包装为准。叠代期间,新、旧版本随机发货,恕不接受退换。
受理邮包的投诉退换有效期限,以承运商官网显示的正常派送成功日期为准起算3日内。有鑑于烟草产品的特殊性,对超过处理有效期限的邮包,无论是什麽问题,均不予受理;
对于符合退换条件的货品,退回时请务必保持原邮包商品本体(内外盒的包装、标识和雪茄的支数等)及其外包装与所有随附完整包材,切勿缺漏任何包装或损毁本体外盒,退回商品无法回复原状者,将有可能影响退货权益或需负担部分费用;任何缺失及后期的损坏,本司也将不予受理;而实际退回安排则需视该国家或地区的进出境条例而定。
经我们品质管理部门甄别确认货品品质问题为可以退换的商品,请于与客服确认后当日起2天内,将需退换的货品完整包装好退回,我们收到退件后将为您办理退款或重寄等事宜,所有退运及相关费用皆由客户自行处理承担;

**Product Return & Exchange Policy**
**Important Notes**
Upon receipt of the parcel, you must open it immediately to inspect the goods.
All parcels dispatched from our warehouse are packaged according to standardized specifications. If you notice obvious damage, crushing, severe deformation, evident repackaging, or dents on the external packaging before signing for the parcel, you must request the carrier driver to note the external damage on their delivery receipt and take photos at the delivery site before signing for acceptance. (Failure to note such issues will be deemed as acceptance of the parcel in normal condition, complicating claims.)
In the event of the above or other issues, retain the complete internal and external packaging (including the carrier’s packaging) and contact our [Online Customer Service] within the valid processing period to resolve or follow up on the matter, ensuring mutual rights.
Ensure the accuracy of recipient details. Incorrect information may result in failed delivery and return. You may arrange to reship returned goods by paying a reshipment fee (US$35 per parcel; US$70 for two parcels, etc.), but each returned item may only be resent once, regardless of reason.
You may opt for a refund instead of reshipment after the first return. The system will automatically deduct the initial shipping fee (US$35 per parcel; US$70 for two parcels, etc.) and process the refund. Refund Amount = Total Item Value - Initial Shipping Fee. If the item value is below US$35, a 20% deduction will apply.
Product packaging may be updated periodically and may differ slightly from website images. Actual received packaging shall prevail. During transitional phases, new and old packaging versions are shipped randomly, and returns/exchanges are not accepted.
The valid period for return/exchange claims is within 3 days from the carrier’s official delivery completion date. Due to the nature of tobacco products, parcels exceeding this period will not be accepted, regardless of issues.
For eligible returns/exchanges:
• The returned item must retain its original packaging (inner/outer boxes, labels, cigar count, etc.), external packaging, and all accompanying materials.
• Missing or damaged packaging may affect return eligibility or incur partial fees.
• Missing components or subsequent damages will not be accepted.
• Actual return arrangements depend on the import/export regulations of the relevant country/region.
For items confirmed by our Quality Control Department as eligible for return/exchange due to quality issues:
• Repackage the item securely and return it within 2 days after confirmation with customer service.
• All return shipping and related costs are the customer’s responsibility.
**Refund Processing**: The initial shipping fee (US$35 per parcel; US$70 for two parcels, etc.) will be deducted. Refund Amount = Total Item Value in USD - Initial Shipping Fee.
**Reshipment Processing**: We will cover the second reshipment fee only. All other costs related to reshipment are the customer’s responsibility.
To protect your interests, please review product descriptions carefully before purchase. Non-defective products are not eligible for return/exchange. Returned tobacco products will be stored under professional warehouse conditions. For logistics management, if reshipment is not arranged within 3 months, we reserve the right to dispose of the returned items without further notice.
